1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for non-custom items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

2. Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders as they are specially crafted to your specifications. We highly recommend reviewing and confirming all details before placing a custom order.

3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@heateddesigns.ca with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@heateddesigns.ca with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
