These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Apparel Processing Times: Custom apparel processing times are 2-10 days, depending on the size of the order.

2. DTF Transfer and DTF Gang Sheet Orders: Orders for DTF transfers and DTF gang sheets submitted and paid for by 9:59 am will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted and paid for at 10 am or later will be shipped the following day.

3. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Heated Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Payment: Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via debt visa, credit card, google pay and e-transfer at checkout.

5. DTF Prints: All DTF prints are printed as sent. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all designs, artwork, and specifications are accurate before submitting an order.

6. Shipping: We ship Canada wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the package. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom apparel or DTF prints unless the item is defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

8. Intellectual Property: By submitting an order to Heated Designs, you affirm that you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs included in your order. Heated Designs reserves the right to refuse to print any material that violates intellectual property rights.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
